End User Receiving

As Purchase Orders approach their due date, Puridiom Xpress will prompt end users (requisitioners) to certify they have received the goods and/or services via email. The end user may certify each item or the whole order has been received in accordance to the PO or annotate any discrepancies for resolution by the Buyer.

Expediting Reports

Puridiom Xpress provides several reports to ensure all goods and services purchased are received on-time. The reports will allow the Purchasing Department to keep tabs on deliveries and certify payment of invoices as they arrive.
