Q: How do I get Puridiom Xpress?

A: Puridiom Xpress is available through annual subscriptions based on your organizations purchasing requirements. If you are not ready to commit to a subscription, Puridiom Xpress offers a 30 Day Free Trial.

Q: How much does Puridiom Xpress cost?

A: Please refer to the Puridiom Xpress Pricing page.

Q: When will my credit card be charged?

A: 30 days after you start the Free Trial, your credit card will be charged for a one year subscription of Puridiom Xpress.

Q: Do I have to install Puridiom Xpress on my computer?

A: No, Puridiom Xpress is 100% web-based. You only need an internet connection and a web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape, etc.).

Q: How do I add users to my account?

A: You (the System Administrator) have to first purchase additional user licenses and/or one of our discounted user packages by logging in and proceeding to the User Management option within Administration.

Q: Do you offer discounts for multiple users?

A: Yes, Puridiom Xpress offers Xpress Packages for multiple users.

Q: What if I want to try it out before I buy?

A: You can register for a 30 Day Free Trial or sign-up for a Live Demo to see Puridiom Xpress.

Q: Do you have a return policy or money-back guarantee?

A: No. Please use the 30 Day Free Trial first.

Q: What do I do if I need help while using Puridiom Xpress?
