Pricing is based on the number of users and their functions. You decide on the number of users and their roles. User roles and descriptions, system function access and individual pricing are listed below.

Individual Users

Administrator	Individual responsible for managing application rules and settings, plus defining additional user profiles. Only one administrator per registered company. Administrator assumes buyer, requester, and approver roles.	$500 per year
Buyer	Individuals responsible for creating purchase orders, recording receipt of goods / services, and running reports.	$300 per year
Requester Group	5 Requesters	$225 per year
Requester	Individuals responsible for creating requisitions of goods / services required and acknowledging receipt of ordered items when delivered.	$50 per year
Approver	Individuals responsible for approving the goods / services requested prior to ordering.	No Charge
