However, should you run into any difficulties along the way, the following three resources are available to you, FAQ, Online Reference Guide, and Online Tutorials. They are available through the Help button that is located on every page of the Puridiom Xpress program.

Online Reference Guide

An online Puridiom Xpress Reference Guide has been provided in accordance with Puridiom’s green initiatives. It is available on every page of the program by simply pressing the Help button, then selecting Reference Guide. Search for topics by scrolling through the listings or by using the search feature.
 

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

Puridiom Xpress has compiled the most commonly asked questions about all aspects of the program. Simply click on the FAQ button and look for the subject line that most directly reflects your question. If you still cannot find the answer to your question, click Other and you will be directed to an email address in which you can direct your question to a support representative.

 
 

Online Tutorials

Highly detailed, step-by-step tutorials are available for every process within Puridiom Xpress, from registration, administrative set-up, dashboard functions, requisitioning, purchase order processing, approval workflow and setup, receiving processes, supplier setup and management, and reports. Simply select Help within the Puridiom Xpress program page or Tutorials from the Puridiom Xpress menu page and select the tutorial you wish to view. Fast forward and rewind controls allow you to control the pace of the tutorial, and although the preferred order of viewing is suggested, you have the ability to select only the tutorials you wish to view.

 

 

Training Webinars

Monthly Puridiom Xpress webinars are available for Puridiom Xpress subscribers. Sign-up is available through the Procurement Workload Activity Center (PWAC) dashboard page in the program. Select from the available dates and times to continue learning the most effective use of Puridiom Xpress.

Email only support is provided to Puridiom Xpress subscribers to assist with daily Puridiom Xpress questions. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST-USA.
