Hosting ServicesAll hardware and third-party software maintenance will be performed by a Puridiom Xpress technician. This includes backups, security and OS upgrades, database maintenance and more. |

Live Remote DiagnosticsPuridiom Xpress will provide the capability to perform “Live Remote Assistance” via SSL by sharing control of the client’s desktop in order to run diagnostic tests to assist in researching possible problems or provide clarity to a question. |
