Software Updates and Patches

Puridiom Xpress will automatically keep software application current with most recent updates, releases, and (or) patches. All updates to the software will be scheduled and users notified when system will be unavailable.

Hosting Services

All hardware and third-party software maintenance will be performed by a Puridiom Xpress technician. This includes backups, security and OS upgrades, database maintenance and more.

Live Remote Diagnostics

Puridiom Xpress will provide the capability to perform “Live Remote Assistance” via SSL by sharing control of the client’s desktop in order to run diagnostic tests to assist in researching possible problems or provide clarity to a question.

World Class Help Desk Support

Email only support is provided to Puridiom Xpress subscribers to assist with daily Puridiom Xpress questions. Support hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM EST. Contact Support»
